Seriously Weird Fears (and Ways to Conquer Them)
This Friday the 13th (aaaah…tomorrow!), don’t worry about common superstitions like crossing the path of a black cat or breaking a mirror (seven years of bad luck…who really believes that?!). This creepy “holiday” needs a major revamp—that’s why I polled the Shecky’s Staff and found out some of us have real-life fears that, to us, are much scarier than the number 13. These might make you giggle, but people really live in fear of the weirdest things. I can’t make this stuff up!

FEAR OF PEANUT BUTTER
A “friend” of one of our Staffers (cough, cough, yeah right) has a fear of peanut butter. She absolutely hates the smell and often fibs that she is allergic so she doesn’t have to be near it! She can’t see a PB&J sandwich without running in the other direction. In my non-medical opinion, her issues could be the late stages of Arachibutyrophobia, a fear of PB sticking to the roof of the mouth.
HOW TO GET OVER IT: Stop being a, er, nut and get to know the protein-packed spread you’re so grossed out by. Cash in those hard-earned vacation days, empty out your travel fund and make plans to attend the 2012 International Peanut Forum in Amsterdam. Yep, starting on April 11th, a bunch of PB-lovers are congregating across the pond to talk peanuts for three whole days.

I thought i was afraid of height but I was in a glass elevated and I was so high in from the ground floor and looked out from the glass and a peace came over me.
Maybe because I was enclosed.

It sound strange to be afraid of lipstick, but we all have our moments
Snakes and creepy crawling things. Especially thing small enought to get ito you ear.
The only one I can relate to is bed bugs.
