Post a Commenti haven’t step foot in the gym since I started watching the exercise channel. I even DVR some. About to try the You-tube exercise videos too
never considered the idea but definitely going to give it a shot. Crowded gyms are driving me crazy this year.

I may have to try these.
I love exercising at home; I save time and money. My husband gets motivated too and usually joins me. I help him with stretching and he helps me push harder through the tough exercises.
Love the idea. Might try these when I get home
The only think missing would be motivation!!
unless someone jumps out of the tv to work out with me i usually end up sitting on the couch and watching the video
the world is your playground!
No more excuses…; /
I still prefer following a video at home, it feels more efficent.
I love this idea… plus the fact that I live in Brooklyn and there is a track across the street from my house… Great motivation
I work out with Wii. Thanks for these suggestions.
great ideas on here! i’ve been working out at home for the past 6 months because the gym was just too crowded and after a long day of work plus traffic I didn’t want to go to fight for an elliptical. balance ball is a great addition along with some resistance bands and ankle weights. dont get skinny, get healthy!!
another place you can look is on Netflix, if you have it. I wasn’t looking for them but I came across some yoga and pilates dvds on there.
AWESOME!
Thanks will followup
No gym is def no excuse
