Post a CommentBecoming healthy is my major goal for 2012. I’m going to work out and change my diet. I want to be health! I know it’s going to be a challenge, but I have to make a change.
#4 – I for sure am going to do more good things for me in 2012 – like massages – I love them and it’s a good treat for me – very relaxing and stress reducing
ground turkey instead of ground beef in spaghetti is a good one. I also try to use spaghetti squash instead of pasta. It’s really good!
#2 – I regularly go to my dentist, for my doctor, I have Kaiser and it is damn near impossible to get an appointment with the doctor I want. My doctor left and they want to put me with a new just out of school doctor. I don’t want a just out of school doctor but all the other ones are not accepting new patients. It’s not right. I use to really love Kaiser. Not so sure now if they don’t let me choose my doctor.
#1 good advice
Great ideas, I am already consistent with my doctor visits and all the necessary exams I need as I get older. I need to take time for things I actual want to do. My goal is to change careers and maybe start a blog.
Giving up the diet soda…which is not good as a diet supplement
good ideas
I’m going look out for me more, and spend time doing fun things.
I am going to start walking everyday. I plan on becoming more aware of what I eat and how much I eat. Those two things are enough, I don’t want to push myself into doing things that I know I’m not.
I plan to learn more about technology this year. Hopefully, I will be able to get a Smart Phone and go from there!
eh.. easy
Good ideas. I’m setting things in motion now with docs and self-improvements so I’ll be on a roll once the new year comes around. After all, no time like the present!
I love this plan… I always sacrifice “Me time” for others….this is definitely going to be in my plan
I plan on adding more water to my diet and put my happiness and well being first.
