6 Guy-Approved Holiday Dates
Forget dashing through the snow on a one-horse open sleigh—your boyfriend is going to think that’s lame. While all you want for Christmas (or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa) is to go on a romantic, holiday-themed date, have fun convincing your macho-manly man to do anything that sounds the least bit girlie!
But don’t let a case of the Blue Christmases set in just yet! These six holiday dates are just the right mix of festive, fun and…fella-approved (no photos on Santa’s lap required!). Now it really will be a happy holiday!

Gingerbread House Competition

Guys love a good rivalry, so if you want your BF to decorate a gingerbread house, buy two instead of one and challenge him to make his better than yours. Set a time limit, budget for supplies and…go! You may come up with some crazy houses that kids everywhere wish they could make—or just houses that look like kids made them.
Take some pics of the end results, then post them to Facebook and have your friends “like” the one they like best to vote for the winner! Even funner? Decide what the winner “wins” before you play.
Here are some cool gingerbread house ideas (and if you make one of these, PLEASE send us a pic!)>

This is our second Christmas together and we shall see how it goes.
Cute ideas. If only I had someone to use them on… Oh well. There’s always egg nog!
gingy?!
love these ideas
Definitely giving the eggnog recipe a try!
I love the egg nog recipe and look forward to trying it out… I know from my own experiences that challenging my boyfriend, makes him more inclined to do things. (reverse psychology lol)
