Relieve Work Stress (Without Getting Fired!)
They always say what really makes the job is not what you do, but the people you do it with. Too bad a lot of us have to work with real pain in the you-know-whats all day long! While you can’t expect to get along with everyone, dealing with rude, overly-bossy people at the office can be super-annoying…and not to mention STRESSFUL!
If you ever find yourself in a sticky work sitch, do not (I repeat DO. NOT!) log onto your fave social media outlet and vent. Don’t call up your mom or BFF to trash talk someone/something either (hi, coworkers have ears, too!). Instead, try one of these solutions so you can blow off that steam in an office-appropriate manner!

I don’t know about you, but finding a good quote—whether it describes exactly how I’m feeling, or just gives me a bit of motivation—always puts me in a better mood. Plus, you can’t get in trouble for stuff other people said! For 2012, buy a quote calendar like Workman Publishing’s Keep Calm and Carry On Page A Day calendar ($12.99 on GrandmasGiftware.com) for some well-said sayings. Save the ones you really love and hang them by your desk to stare at after you’ve CC’ed instead of BCC’ed everyone (whoops…).
