This maybe-baby-daddy certainly doesn’t look old enough to father a child, what with his flyaway girlie locks and all. What would I use to make his mane into something a bit more mature? Indie Lee’s The Daily Moisturizing Oil ($28) will make Justin Bieber’s skin, er, baby soft AND help keep his helmety hair just so during performances. Plus, he can share it with teen queen (and alleged girlfriend!) Selena Gomez.

I agree with @xomelissamarie about Snoop Dog, It works with him they should have put Coolio up now his hair is bad that needs a make over up and down lol. Russell Brand needs to tame it down, He is too out there for me lol. I agree with @piconm Justin is still a baby but that hair cut needs a little older cut.
