Steve Ward from VH1 Tough Love Miami Answers Our Questions: Part 3
Steve Ward from VH1 Tough Love is giving us the scoop on relationships and men, and telling us if we should “date or ditch” our dudes.
Do men prefer take-charge women, or easy-going girls?
A. It really depends on the guy…usually a take-charge guy is going to like a take-charge woman and same with easy-going. But, if you are REALLY extreme take-charge or easy-going…you will likely go with the opposite.
Is it really possible to have a “friends with benefits” relationship and, if so, do you think this is something that is harmful long-term?
A. Yes, it is possible but unlikely that it will evolve into something more. If you are in a “friends with benefits” relationship, I think it’s likely that it will not ever turn into a long-term relationship because the guy is probably out dating someone else and spending money and time on someone who won’t put out as easily as you.

Post a Comment110% agreed! No demanding guy will go for a sweet, no opinion women. To them it’s boring & not playful when she doesn’t pick up a fight. Big personalities means more unexpected reactions.
As for friends w/ benefits I did that for 2 years & it’s TRUE it never ends up pretty or even. Exactly, what Steve Ward said happens, happened to me. I learned my lesson! It was horrible because I found out by talking to other girl ( I thought she never existed) he told me not to pick up the other line. I felt bad because I had to tell her the truth, in the end she was crying on the phone because he was seeing both of us & leading both of us on. As I look back Im happy for telling her truth even though I have never met her before, but she is a girl just like me & she deserved the truth.
It was fun while it lasted, but now that I know the difference I prefer being in a healthy future promising & caring relationship I have now.

I like the advice on friends w/benefits.
i find that mens answers to our questions are also cryptic, so i found a better solution. dont even ask him if you are worried about something, bc you know you’ll get a one word cryptic answer. most likely your intuitions let you know whats up, just make a decision on your OWN feelings and not his dumb answers! you dont always need a mans permission to make your own decision you know.
I totally agree about his answer on Friends with Benefits. I don’t get why any girl would agree to that. The guy totally doesn’t respect you.
Interesting
Men are so hard to read, why is that?
Why is there such a struggle between men and their EGO? I don’t mind taking advice from a guy but I’ve found that many men don’t make any sense. It’s like they are saying something just for the sake of saying it. It’s such a turn-off. I just want a guy to keep it real. If you know something speak on it, if you don’t say you dont.
Why do some men and boys have skid marks?
