It’s Women’s Small Business Month, but whether you’re the founder of a small company or a go-getter at a large corporation, you have to look the part and stand out…in the right way.

Work makeup can make or break how you’re viewed professionally—you don’t want to wear purple eyeshadow and look like you’re at da club (okay, unless you ARE a makeup artist or work at a nightclub), but showing up fresh-faced might work against you, too (under-eye circles and sleepy eyes, even if they’re a result of working late-night, are never a good look).
