Frizz-Free Hair for Under $10

Now that Labor Day has come and gone, it’s time to put away your tank tops and all-white outfits, and replace them with fall-inspired colors and quarter-sleeved shirts. Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as “putting away” summer hair. Just because the temperature is getting a little cooler doesn’t mean that frizz goes away for us curly girls. Here are my top 10 products to create frizz-free hair on a budget.

John Frieda Frizz-Ease Extra Strength Formula ($8.99 on drugstore.com) is a classic serum that’s perfect for frizz-free curls. The key to this product is that it repels humidity, making it perfect for wearing your natural curls or for straightening your hair.

Lexi b.k.a LexiWithTheCurls started vlogging in October of 2008 as a hobby prior to the huge surge of African-American women going natural. She couldn’t find any women on YouTube with her hair texture at the time. Figuring that someone else was going through the same thing, she decided to make her own videos.

Lexi started out doing hair product reviews and hairstyle tutorials, and then branched out to interviewing celebrity stylists and brand owners, and even planning heavily anticipated natural hair events in the Atlanta area. Lexi also blogs daily on her site CurlsCoilsAndKinks.com and works as a Digital Marketer for a major gossip blog.
