Too Trendy? Trends We’re Not Sold On…Yet
The staff of Shecky’s is a fashionable bunch, but even the most trend-setting stylistas have to draw the line somewhere…right? Hammer pants, platform sneakers and clogs are all reminders that sometimes following the latest style can mean looking more like a fashion victim than a fashion maven. Socks with High-heels – Keeping your tootsies toasty will become extremely important in a few months, but would you ever wear socks with your high-heels? Whether on celebrities or the streets of NYC, this trend has been gaining momentum since last spring and harks back to the early ‘90s (and not in a good way).

None of these are good ideas and should be avoided at all costs.
The whole socks and sandals thing just doesn’t cut it.
i might wear some fancy pants from time to time, but otherwise i don’t think any of these are for me.
