Hot Rollers – Think hot rollers are just for Betty Draper? Think again! Hot rollers add oodles of volume and bounce to your hair. You can roll them on when you wake up to transform your bed head into a professional-looking blow out, or to add some oomph to any hairstyle. Simply unroll from hair once they’ve cooled (about 10 minutes) and spritz on hairspray. So whether you’re going to a Mad Men party, or attempting to imitate Kate Middleton’s perfect mane, give hot rollers a shot! Our favorite? Conair Xtreme Heat Jumbo and Super Jumbo Hot Rollers ($29.99).

I’ve known about all these except the one to help with plucking pain. They are all great tips and I use a lot of them, especially the drinking water one, which is the most important

I miss my abueltia (rip- grandma)…she surely had more than just beauty tips to pass on…what a blessing she was to me. vinegar, vicks, lemon, arm & hammer baking soda, avocado…can all be used for so many things & whatever she said, always worked. Miss her…

My grandma always tells me that although being young things are constantly making you have self-doubt, to embrace your body as it is right not. This is the time your body is most easy to maintain, so don’t waste your time with self-doubt!
My aunt says a healthy body is the most attractive, so just keep healthy with what you eat and exercise.

Water Water Water
Drink @ least 8 Glasses(64 oz.) of water everyday even if you are not thirsty. I do it and it really makes me feel good. In our busy life style we sometimes forget drink water or simply because most of us drink so much Soft Drinks or coffee that we don’t feel like drinking water.
thanks grandma!
#10 – 100% agree with that. I took a break from exercising and my body just got really weak and got a bad neck pain. I started to slowly start to exercise again and my neck pain slowly went away and my body feels much stronger now. Everyone keep moving.
Orabase, I’ll try that. I burned the roof of my mouth and it’s raw. I wonder if I can use this stuff for inside the mouth? I’ll have to read the label.
#9 – yes, hydrate all!
