Beauty at Its Best Preview: Rx for Serious Skin Problems

SPOT TREATMENT (SEE OUR 2010 WINNERS): When that random zit appears 24 hours before your big beach weekend, you need to attack on the spot. Clean & Clear Persa Gel 10 ($5.29 on Target.com) contains 10% benzoyl peroxide, meant specifically for stubborn acne (careful—everyday use at that high percentage could dry out skin!). This formula is so strong you’ll only need a drop to get the job done and best of all, it goes on clear so you aren’t left with any icky white residue.

I think a good daily routine of washing, toning, and moisturizing day and night keeps my skin pretty clear and not bad looking for 40 something. I love Clinique and I love Olay products as well. Both have worked for me all these years!
just got a sample of murad from sephora yesterday cant wait to try it!
laura mercier products are amazing!
Love itt
thanks for posting this shecky’s – i don’t know if it’s my hormones or the heat but i’ve been breaking out a lot more lately. i’m thinking of investing in a clarisonic, i’ve heard great things. clinique usually works for me so i might go back to using their cleansers, moisturizers and treatments.
I have good skin. I just need to moisturize. I try a variety of moisturizers. Right now I’m using skin food peach emulsion. It smells so good and seems to be doing a pretty good job. Could be a bit more moisturizing I suppose. I have to put alot on.
I am in my 30′s and still dealing with acne and nothing seems to help
Happy birthday!!!
I will have to try some of your suggestions.. Fingers crossed that one day it will be over!!!
I use Mary Kay and it is great! It is a little pricey thought. These products are a great alternative.
Thanks for the article, very useful info!
I like using tea tree oil!
I have a friend or two that use Clinique make-up and it works well for them. Not sure about the cleansing products.
Victim of bad breakouts due to unwise prolonged exposure to the sun on Spanish beaches for entire summers.
I came back and my dermatologist got me on Accutane prescriptions and fixed most of my condition. But to get rid of scars and smooth my skin tone/texture, it never hurts to invest in products that targeted skin regeneration and moisturization. So for starters and at a great price, I’d say neutrogena’s healthy skin series was worth my while
I don’t have acne anymore but my skin has gotten so dry with age I have got to find something that helps!
I really only use Olay~I love all their products!!
I recently started having issues with finding a good moisturizer for my face. I think I will try the LM Mega moisturizer with SPF. Looks like it has all the “makings” of a great hydrating product.
I really need to try some of these, i have some acne, just a few pimple at a time. but when i do break out, its BAD!
thanks! i need to invest in these
