Happy Bastille Day! The French are known for quite a few magnifique things—Coco Chanel, the Eiffel Tower, Marie Antoinette (hey, her impeccable style and decorating prowess were awesome…not so much everything else), and their deliciously indulgent food and drink. In honor of Bastille Day, I’ve got some French-inspired bites and beverages I can’t help but fall in amour with.
Regardez-vous: Croissants are typical breakfast or snack fare in France, so we love Honey and Butter’s recipe for Croissant Bread Pudding. It’s a delightful mix of mini croissants, butter, half and half, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, eggs and maple syrup. The end result tastes kinda like…French toast.
