Berry Good Pink Desserts

For a snazzy yet surprisingly simple pink cupcake, opt for Betty Crocker’s Pink Champagne Cupcakes. They contain namesake champagne in both the cupcake batter and the frosting, as well as red food coloring to create a beautiful pink hue. It’s all perfectly accented by adornments like edible pink pearls and pink sugar crystals.

Post a CommentOk, I have a problem with strawberry cupcakes; every time I make them and add fresh strawberries, around the berries seem a little mushy. However, the rest of the cupcake gets done? I also saw a lady with having the same problem on Cupcake Wars which airs on Food Network. Anyone have any ideas?
