At first glance it looks like just another cupcake (though a beautiful one at that!)…but it’s actually filled with ice cream, making Martha Stewart’s Swirly Cupcake a double threat in disguise! Dark chocolate cake is topped with ice cream and then with homemade whipped cream for a completely indulgent and elegant treat for any age.

I like cold stone ice cream where you can mix in nuts & other things. It’s a very rich ice cream.

#1 – cute little cupcake idea. But I’m not a big whipped cream fan.
1st time I had baked alaska was on a Royal Carribean cruise. It was yummy and really innovative I thought. But again all that merrange, I don’t like that part.
