The recipe for Grilled Asian Flank Steak with Sweet Slaw on Epicurious.com, originally from Bon Appetit magazine, starts off by marinating steak in a tasty combination of soy sauce, ginger and garlic and adds an acidic and refreshing slaw to serve alongside. Comprised of napa cabbage and green onions, this crunchy slaw is covered in a tangy and spicy dressing, a welcomed addition to this perfect summer dish.
