Summer Clothes for Every Body Type (Under $75)

1 2 3

If you’ve got it, flaunt it. Not everyone is a size zero, so we’re bringing you our picks for ladies of a few sizes and shapes. No matter where you carry your weight (up top, down below, all around…), check out six hot picks per body type in everything from beachwear to party dresses.

-Elana Lott

If Your Body Type Is: Inverted Triangle (top-heavy), Busty

Does your cup runneth over on top? Stay sexy (and cool) this summer without worrying about a wardrobe malfunction. Don’t hide behind billowy tops and high necklines. Instead, show just enough to stay sultry without having the ladies steal the show. Stuff like printed shorts can draw the eyes down, while appropriate patterns will draw eyes up if you want the girls to take center stage.

1. Express Crew Neck Top ($10) 2. Miss Sixty Shorts ($45 on YOOX.com)  3. Alloy Laci Tank ($19.90) 4. Modcloth One Scoop Dress in Strawberry ($49.99) 5. Topshop Asymmetrical Cover up ($24) 6. Motel Rocks Jenna Dress in Cosmic ($34.20)

These articles always make me mad I have none of these body types. I have a body of having children and still have that stupid pooch how do you cover that up? or make it look more appealing.

Thank you so much! I have a hard time finding cute top heavy shirts! I always have to get bigger sizes and it makes me look bigger then I am since the shirt flows off of my boobs!

What if you’re a broad-shouldered 00 Petite with no curves (I have a defined waist, but no hips or bust), who feels like nothing fits the way it should? Someone suggested I should try the looks of the hourglass figure -because it’s balanced- but the fit for the “haves” doesn’t seem to fit well on the “have-nots.”
