HACKY SACK

It may sound silly at first, but before you know it, you’ll be standing with a crowd trying to keep this little puppy in the air. This sport is a no-hands affair, so if you’re quick on your feet, this is right up your alley! Hacky Sack burns 270 calories per hour, and since it’s a no-contact sport, you can still catch up on gossip with your girlfriends.

Post a CommentThis summer, I went surfing with my family! Probably one of the most amazing experiences of my life. It was relaxing, exciting, and a work-out all in one! Riding a wave and passing right by my dad while he was cheering for me was a great feeling.
I miss running at the beach. I can run without music. The waves are the perfect backgound for a stress relieving run.
I have a dog park near my condo and there is a little dog that is barking incessantly. I just don’t get why the owner doesn’t better control their dog. If your dog can’t be controlled don’t take them to the dog park!
I enjoy volleyball the last time i went to the beach because it was fun to play and watch. Otherwise, a good long walk helps keep you active and what a view, huh!!

I agree with the hula hooping comment. It’s so much fun, and a really great workout. Love It!
I love swimming. Mainly in swimming pools. It’s really great to be out in the ocean too. I’ve only gone out in the ocean for snorkeling. Haven’t done laps out in the ocean. I think I might get too tired and need a rest. Can’t rest on the side of the ocean like in a pool.
Not a huge fan of softball. Everytime we have a game at work someone always gets hurt. Never fails. Usually twisted ankle or something.
Who knew hacky sack burned that much calories. Unfortunately, I’m not good at it, so I’ll try one of the other activities.
