I’m sure you’ve got a few summer b-days coming up, so cheers it to sunny weather and fun times ahead with Cointreau’s refreshing Cointreau Cup by mixologist Erin Williams. As you’ll see in the recipe below, Cointreau mingles with lemon juice, club soda, strawberries, cucumber and mint for a harmonious cocktail best enjoyed in summer sunshine.


2 oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Club soda
2 Large strawberries
2-3 Slices of cucumber
2 Healthy sprigs of mint


Muddle strawberries, mint and cucumber with fresh lemon juice. Add Cointreau, shake and strain over ice. Top with club soda.
Glass: Collins glass
Garnish: Cucumber wheel and a sprig of mint
