Cinco de Mayo Fiesta
The 5th of May, a.k.a. Cinco de Mayo…or pretty much the day of muchos margaritas, is this Thursday! If you don’t have plans yet or are looking to steer clear of the typical absurd bar scene, throw your own Mexican-inspired fiesta in celebration with fun suggestions from Celebrations.com.
What makes this Cinco soiree different from others? We’re loving traditional Mexican elements like paper flowers, sodas, wedding cookies and margaritas mixed in with whimsical extras like nameplate sombreros and pepper place-settings. All these elements together equal one fab fiesta! More on [Celebrations.com].

Heading to Las Placitas!
We celebrate “Cinco de Mayo” to commemorates the Mexican army’s unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. My company is very diverse, so at work we will have a potluck Mexican Buffet and Tres Leches Cake.
Will certainly be partaking in the festivities!
heading out!
