Girlfriend Fun Guide: San Francisco
Going to San Francisco is always a real treat! There’s unbelievable shopping, it’s one of the best dining cities in the world, plus there’s a ton of culture to be found. Whether you take a walk on windy Lombard Street, grab a treat in Ghirardelli Square or visit the Golden Gate Bridge, some experiences are strictly San Fran. Girls Night Out San Francisco is May 10 & 11, but I recommend visiting this great city any time.

To Eat: A16, 2355 Chestnut Street, San Francisco, CA (415) 771-2216

Why I
It:
Southern Italian cuisine that can’t be beat, plus this restaurant is named after the highway in Italy that goes from Naples to Canosa, Puglia.
Owner Shelley Lindgren is also the wine director, and she ensures that her passion for wine is translated to every customer.
They are known for their amazing pizzas and pastas, but try to save room for dessert, too. They make a chocolate budino (a.k.a. pudding!) tart with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil (pictured above, yum!).
