Blue is one of my favorite colors to wear. I typically like robin’s egg/sky blue and mid-tone blues. I think blue looks fabulous on brown eyed people.
never used blue….maybe I will try it at hm like you suggested…..
I am a more natural eye shadow person. I don’t wear a lot of colors. Maybe I will start playing around with blue and some other colors.
