Dress styles have come a long way since the long-hemmed, long-sleeved numbers ladies wore in the past. Forever 21’s Spring Floral Dress ($17.80) incorporates all the prairie girl essentials—dainty ruffles on the sleeves and neckline, plus smaller floral print—but adds a skinny grey leatherette belt for a li’l bit of sass. Pa might not approve, but hey, this is pretty.
