Best to pair these babies with tights that draw attention to the shortie’s best asset like Urban Outfitters’ Scale Sheer Tight ($14). Dramatic vertical lines point up to effectively emphasize.

I think the shorts+tights combo is something that works in a fashion magazine, but if you were to wear them anywhere but a large, diverse city, you’d get some very strange looks…
The shorts are cute, but I would never wear shorts with tights. I live in Boston and the weather right now is not shorts time yet.
