Ballet-Inspired Style
Black Swan didn’t just explode at the box office and awards shows, it also pirouetted its way into wardrobes with ballet-style pieces like fitted tops, sheer skirts, dancer flats and stage-worthy chingons.

American Apparel is the perfect place to find dance-inspired fashion. Check them out for key pieces like body suits, leggings, and fitted or flared skirts. This cute look pairs the simple Lawn Tee ($28, pictured left) with the Black Multi-Layered Reversible Petticoat ($74, pictured right). Add an oversized sparkly necklace and some converse sneakers or combat boots for a slightly edgier look.
