Claudia’s New Year’s Resolutions 2011 (Week 4: For My Sanity)
January means a fresh start and resolutions for 2011. This year, I am seriously committing to a healthier me—inside and out! I have loads on my to-do list, and I’m sharing everything with you in a four-week series throughout the month of January. Week four is all about resolutions to save my sanity. From de-stressing with daily quotes to creating my own at-home spa experience, here’s how I’m keeping my mind clear.

Number 1: Set daily inspirational reminders that will help me keep life in perspective

My friend Mastin Kipp sends out a free daily email called The Daily Love every morning. Each email highlights a theme like “gratitude, intention or persistence” and features three or so quotes from famous philosophers, authors and thinkers, followed by his own insights and affirmations. I read it every morning with my cup of joe to get my day started on the right foot…it’s like having a free life coach!
