SHECKY’S: What’s the most important tip you could give about at-home cleaning and care for clothing?
John Mahdessian: Regarding stain removal, time is the most important element. The longer you wait to remove a stain, the more time consuming the stain removal will be.

These are great tips! I definitely agree that timing is everything with stain removal!
I swear by Dreft’s stain removal spray…I originally purchased it to take stains out of my newborns clothes but found that it works wonders to get just about any kind of stain out of fabric. I’ve removed grape juice from carpet, blood from shirts and all kinds of food stains! The trick is to get to the spill immediately, it doesn’t completely eliminate a stain that has already dried. Otherwise, it works great!
Yes! Baby clothes can easily stain and Dreft does an excellent job of removing them!
