Comment: If you have really dry skin, slip into a lukewarm bath (not too hot) with a cup of dry oats! You will feel the relief right away. I put a cup of honey in the water before the oats. In the old days they didn’t have Aveeno, they just had oats!
For oily hair, put a tablespoon of vinegar and a few drops of lemon in 1 quart of warm water, shake well. Pour over hair slowly, let sit for 2-3 minutes. Rinse a few times and let air dry to evaporate the smell. Your hair will be shiny but not oily! I do this treatment every other Saturday and it’s bouncy and full of life!
