Jewelry that’s beautiful, handmade and all-natural? Sounds too good to be true, but Nestor Pineda is doing it with Aria Handmade. Pineda is passionate about jewelry and the environment, and both aspects are extremely apparent in all of his designs. He gathers most of his materials, including seeds and nuts, from the Amazon Rainforest, so each piece comes with a story to boot.
Aria Handmade’s goal is to create sustainable jewelry for those with stand-out, eclectic taste. Pineda is fully invested in both his designs and his customers, cultivating a genuine hope that the owners of his jewelry enhance their lives with each piece they purchase.
Right now, Aria Handmade has two collections—the Amazon Collection is comprised of pieces made from seeds from the Amazon Rainforest in unique shapes and lengths (pictured above left), while the Tribal Collection showcases recycled aluminum as its star resource. Pieces from rings (pictured below right) to necklaces feature circular designs to symbolize the cycles we see in nature and life.
Aria Handmade was featured at Shecky’s Holiday Night Out event in New York City two weeks ago, but if you didn’t have the pleasure of attending, you can contact the company online. Need a belated holiday present or an early Valentine’s Day gift to tell your best friend, sister or mom how much you love them? Aria’s the answer!
