Beautify Yourself and Mother Earth with Anthology
You know we take our beauty products seriously at Shecky’s (remember our Beauty at Its Best Awards?), so we were ecstatic to learn about Anthology Organic, an amazing beauty brand that participated in our Girls Night Out and Beauty Night Out events in Los Angeles.
Every Anthology product is made only with USDA-certified organic ingredients, and they’re all guaranteed vegan and cruelty-free. Plus, the easily reusable and recyclable glass packaging is eco-friendly. For products containing essential oils, dark glass is used so that sunlight won’t tamper with the precious ingredients. Did I mention their stuff is ridiculously affordable? High quality, good for Mama Earth and wallet-friendly? Yes, please!
All of their products are amazing, but I’m absolutely obsessed with the Mystica Aeterna Nourishing Organic Body Oil ($13.95). Organic oils like jojoba, rosehip, grapeseed, patchouli and cedar combine for a sensuously smooth finished product that’s the perfect saver for dry winter skin.
Anthology can also be used to beautify your home! Their Pure Soy Candles ($18.95 and pictured above) come in a wide variety of scents including English Rose and Blooming Freesia. The wax is 100% pure soy, the wicks are cotton and lead-free, they’re packaged in 40% recycled glass bottles and they burn for 40-45 hours. Again: yes, please!
