Why We’re Thankful for Guys
This month’s Beauty at Its Best Awards really has us looking for the best in everything and everyone. In light of being positive and anticipating Thanksgiving, today we’d like to call a cease fire to the complaining, ranting and bewilderment that sometimes happens in this section.
For once, here’s an article about why we’re thankful for males, be it our men or guys in general. From their hunky muscles put to good use to their drama-free disposition, see ours, spill yours.
“I love my boyfriend because he hung up everything in my room. I’m kind of klutzy with tools (slash I know next to nothing) and all of my pictures, records, shelves, etc. would probably be crooked if it weren’t for him…or still sitting on my floor.”
“My dining room table expands, but with help—it’s not a one person deal. Being that I live alone, I’m grateful to a myriad of male neighbors who I can call up to come over and help me open and close it—Sascia, Howard and Steve—thank you all!
“I’m thankful for my boyfriend because he always does the dishes and carries heavy bags for me.”
“No matter how drama-filled my day has been, all I have to do is call my boyfriend to feel better. From the goofy way he answers the phone to the fact that he actually listens and gives me his honest opinion, talking to him always makes me feel better and 100 times less stressed out!”
“I went ice skating with my hockey player boyfriend this past weekend. I might have figure skated when I was five, but I guess I just lost my edge somewhere in the 20 years since then—from being a part of a five-person collision to having an obnoxious 10-year-old jerk try to ‘spray’ me by stopping short several times, my boyfriend was there to scrape me off the ice and almost went after the kid—all while holding my hand and skating at what I’m sure was an excruciatingly slow pace for him.”
GIRL TALK TIME: Why are you thankful for men or your guy? Let’s play nice today, ladies!

Post a CommentI am thankful for my guy friend. He carries groceries for me, pumps my gas, jump starts my car, and is great to talk to. He’s like the best boyfriend I’ve never dated.
Yeah so im thankful for my boo. He’s a big cuddler and well he’s good foe other “stuff”
I could not survive without my other half. I also have a domestic king, but on top of that he brings calmness and love into my love.

my man is a sweet sensitive caring man. he never lets me forget how much he loves me
My hubby takes care of the kids and cooks. He lifts my day sending me sweet texts for no reason. Plus he’s hot.
Regardless of the day I’m having, good, bad or very bad my husband always stands by my side. He is great and probably under appreciated.
I am thankful for my Fiance because he makes me less OCD’ish. He’s a family man. He wants me to be happy. We are a team effort. He taught me how to play first person shooters on the PS3. He bought me my first leopard print stiletto’s. He fixed my Vaio screen when my son cracked it. He gives awesome head massages.
But mostly I am thankful because he’s a kid at heart and that’s just what I needed!
My husband brings so much joy and happiness into my life. We truly love each other and have the best time together. He is the best father and takes wonderful care of his family.
My husband is so kind and considerate. He’s absolutely wonderful. He’s a calming force in my life
I like this “calming” theme that a few posters have written. I need to find a man like that.

I am thankful for my hubby! He is a pain in the neck sometimes but I don’t know what I would do without him!
