Girlfriend Fun Guide: Atlanta

1 2 3 4

Hotlanta! I was destined to love this city for many reasons. My college roommate Diana was raised in Atlanta, so I was exposed to southern experiences like Chick-fil-A, Waffle House, Sweet Tea and college football early on. And who knew that 10 years after graduation I would meet my boyfriend, John, who is also an Atlanta-area native (Peachtree City, to be exact) and lived in Virginia Highlands before heading north to New York.

Atlanta is indeed a great city with a booming restaurant scene and a sense of style. I love taking in Chops Lobster Bar on a Friday with a glass of wine, or having brunch at Murphy’s followed by some shopping in the Highlands. If I had to choose a city in the south, Atlanta would definitely be my choice, with Charleston a close second. Join me on November 16-18 for Girls Night Out Atlanta (score $10 OFF Goodie Bag tickets today!).

Entebello spa is amazing! My best friend got me a half spa day here and they treated me like a queen! :) The facial, massage and mani/pedi made me feel so relaxed after a long week! :) I would DEFINITELY go back!

From Atlanta, looking forward to the girls night. Just a heads up, nobody says “Hotlanta” anymore, we Atlantans have just about successfully fazed it out!

Atlanta is a haven for great music and shopping. When you visit, don’t forget Little 5 Points (L5P) with amazing boutiques. For the ultimate in designer shopping, of course there is Lenox and Phipp’s Plaza, but you can check out Bill Hallman in Virginia Highlands for some great stuff too! Lot’s of shopping, lot’s of indie urban music!
