Our post about men-women friendships had me thinking about When Harry Met Sally, which in turn got me thinking about the hilarious days of the week underwear scene (remember Sally’s reasoning why Sunday didn’t exist?!). We searched around and found a few modern-day takes on the old-school (and usually childhood) fave. Hear us out, and share your opinion.

I’m going to say that this sort of underwear is sexy—especially when you upgrade it from your usual undies to naughtier thongs. Mary Green’s A Week of Undies ($118.25) come in red/pink, purple/black and blue/white combinations, and are made of a sultry silk/lace-trim combo with an “innocent” little bow for an added effect. They arrive all packaged up in one perfect little silk satchel that says, “A Week of Undies.” And, sorry Sally, this pack definitely comes with Sunday (you were wrong!).

I think they’re a cute combination of sexy and campy, and yes, I would definitely wear them. It’s a great way to keep track of what day of the week it is (I often forget, don’t you?). Plus, as the site notes, “it’s a great gift and travel idea.” Well, I’d rather have someone pay for a ticket to my dream vacay in Costa Rica, but I suppose this is the next best thing.
