Girlfriend Fun Guide: Miami
Growing up in New York City, my friends and I called Miami the sixth borough. A lot of my close girlfriends went to the University of Miami, so I’ve had the fortune of visiting and getting the lay of this party-land since my college days. A number of (undisclosed!) years have gone by, but it’s still my go-to for a four day getaway when I need a dose of sun and fun. Counting down the days till my November trip for Girls Night Out Miami (back at the Moore Building), to meet the friends who sweetened Shecky’s events with LaCroix Sparkling Water and Bacardi Classic Cocktails and to visit some local favorites.

DISCOVER: The Catalina Hotel & Beach Club, 1732 Collins Ave., Miami Beach
EXPERIENCE: This is my longtime must-stay as the owners are old friends. It’s affordable, central (as in across the street from Delano), and has two outdoor bars and restaurants for excellent people watching. After a night of Girls Night Out and endless after-parties, I look forward to getting my ZZZ’s on their Tempur-Pedic Swedish MattressesTM with 300-thread count Belgian sheets, goose down comforters and pillows. Getting sleepy just writing about it.

Love Miami’s Nightlife, and beautiful beaches. A must to hit up is Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, and South Beach. I love living in Miami, feel free to message me for more info. I promote for South Florida’s Caribbean Nightlife

i live in Miami:) so if you want suggestions on your stay i reccommend definately hitting the viceroy hotel and spa. The spa is absolutely gorgeous and the infinity pool on the 15th floor is absolutely sureal. You can actually hit the club on 50th floor of the same hotel for a great time. NOTE: Viceroy is in brickell miami.
