Get Dressed for Work for Under $100
When the temperatures soar, we reach for light, unfussy clothing and nothing is easier than putting on an easy-breezy dress in the a.m. Look instantly polished in one of these one-piece wonders, all under $100:

Always remember—you’re going to work…not going out on the town! The Michael Michael Kors Knit Drape-Neck Dress ($89.50 at Lord and Taylor) looks fab without being too revealing. The elegant draping and vibrant color do the whole sexy-meets-conservative trick. (It also comes in black for an even subtler look.)

Appearances can be deceiving. Marc New York’s Grey Woven Cotton Cap Sleeve Dress ($99 at BlueFly.com) might look like a separate skirt and top, but it’s really a light and airy dress. Wear it chic on its own or pair with a jacket, blazer or lightweight cardigan.

A pretty printed frock, like the Shifting Feathers Dress from Anthropologie ($98), is the perfect work-to-weekend style. Wear it during the week with pumps and a little cardigan, and on weekends with flat sandals.

A safari-inspired shirt dress is a great way to bring one of this season’s wildest trends to the office. Unleash your inner animal with Kate Hill’s Linen Belted Shirt Dress ($89.99 on sale at Lord and Taylor).

A sheath cut, like this ASOS Cross Hatch Linen Pencil Dress ($54.11), will never go out of style. Add a belt or a jacket to change the look and you’ll use this dress season after season.

I love dresses for the work place. Easy, no need to find a top to match or anything, just throw it on and here goes Classy… these dresses are great. Cross Linen Hatch and the drape are my best picks.

Love IT
I like the sheath dress it works on just about every body type
The Safari and Pencil dress are hot! Are you sure i won’t look too sexy for work? I wouldn’t want to get fire for being toooooooo sexy, like the female that recently got fire from the bank for being too sexy!
Hi Iris, both of these styles are appropriate for most offices. If yours is super corporate and conservative, you can always add a jacket or cardigan over the pencil dress.
I want all of these outfits!
