Dress for a Music Fest
It’s still spring, but summer concerts are right around the corner and some of them are cropping up early (if you’re in NYC-area check out Bamboozled this weekend). Grab the right dress/romper, put your essentials in your bag (don’t forget the sunscreen), pop on those shades and top it all off with a hat.
To Wear

What’s in a name? The Dancing Barefoot Romper ($33) from Lulus conjures up images of swirling freely in sunny fields while a band jams in the background. Even cooler ’cause the wind won’t blow your skirt up.
Keep it breezy and a bit more fancy in a free flowing frock. The Free People Patchwork Paisley Dress ($138) has a poppy pattern that’ll make it easy for your friends to find ya.
To Hold

Slinging a bag over your shoulders is a surefire way to keep your stuff safe at even the rowdiest of concerts. Deux Lux’s Pebble Side Cuff Satchel ($68) is fashionable and roomy. Bonus? The longer strap is removable.
If you’re into smaller carryalls, lock your loot away in Forever 21’s Envelope Shoulder Bag ($32.80). The basic black color goes with just about everything, plus the button detail is ahh-dorable.
To See

Oversized sunnies shield your eyes oh-so-well when you’re catching a glimpse of that cute lead singer. ASOS’ Cats Eye Sunglasses ($16.91) are on-trend and totally funk-tional.
Take it totally rock star and sport shades with chains. A.J. Morgan’s Clink Oversized Sunglasses ($20) are so badass that you’ll totally wanna keep ‘em on even when the sun goes down.
To Top it All Off

Psst! Someone fabbed up old-school farmer hats. Topshop’s Holey Weave Floppy Straw Hat ($40) keeps the shine outta your eyes and spares you from harmful rays. Hippiesh…with a hint of haystack.
Fedoras have always been a musician’s fave, but now they’ve really topped the charts. Don the Grace Straw Fedora from Urban Outfitters ($48) for a dash of whimsy.
For bottoms, we’d suggest something totally comfy on your perfectly pedicured tootsies. Worn-in sneaks or flip-flops are perf picks to bop around in.
